The name Baodao in mandarin refers to Treasure Island which if often known as a substitute name of Taiwan. Taiwan is an island of approximately 1/3 of Tasmania yet with a population of over 23 million. Due to the sub-tropical location Taiwan has an abundant supply in fresh fruits, fishes and various of spices.
Taiwanese cuisine has a fusion of mid to southern province of China and Japanese food. Hence you will never be short in choices when comes to food. To make your job simple, we have gathered the most famous Taiwanese dishes such as "San Bei Chicken", and Mullet roe in our menu.
